From the San Jose airport / Cabo area head north toward LaPaz, you will pass Miraflores where there is a Pemex, you will pass the exit to Santiago, then the village of Las Cuevas where you will pass by a few large topes in the road and a couple of small stores on your left. Also, La Ribera has the last Pemex, so if you need gas, get it in La Ribera! Continue on this route until the paved road ends and turns into a dirt road. Follow the dirt road for 10 kms or about 6 mi. with beautiful landscapes of desert and coast, especially when you approach Cabo Pulmo.

When you come into Cabo Pulmo, go straight into the village. Pass the big blue building on your left that says Cabo Pulmo Resort and we are one block beyond on corner to the beach . Watersports is a big RED building on your right with a shark on the front !

Cabo Pulmo is a remembrance of what the Mexican Pacific Coast was like some 40 years ago. A place like few left in the world…
